Sucre à la crème - sans produits laitiers, sans gluten
- 1/2 tasse de margarine sans produits laitiers
- 1 tasse de cassonade
- 1/4 tasse de Nutriwhip (ou autre substitut de crème fouettée)
- 1 c thé d'essence de vanille ou d'érable
- 2 tasses de sucre en poudre (* sans amidon de blé)

Maple Fudge - Dairy free & Gluten free
- 1/2 cup of dairy free margarine
- 1 cup of light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup fo Nutriwhip (or other dairy free whipping cream substitute)
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract or maple extract
- 2 cups of powdered sugar (* make sure without wheat starch)
Place margarine in a pot with brown sugar on medium heat. Stir constantly for 2 minutes until the brown sugar is completely dissolved in the margarine. Add Nutriwhip and bring to a boil. Allow 3 minutes, then remove from heat. Add the vanilla or maple extract and then the powdered sugar. Beat with mixer. Place in a greased dish in the fridge for 4 hours to harden. Slice in squares with a knife and ENJOY!!!
